Returns

We hope you are happy with the products you have received in your order but, if for any reason you wish to return all or any of them, we will be happy to accept your return within 14 days of receiving your order .

Please note that free shipping applies only to purchases over €200. In the case of a return of an order that was sent with free shipping, if the final purchase does not exceed this amount, the amount of €5.90 will be deducted from the refund.

To process your return, please contact us by WhatsApp or email, package the products safely and send them with postage paid to UOMOMANIA C/Roger de Lauria, 9 46005 Valencia.

Once we have received the products, we will check that they are in perfect condition, that they have not been used beyond merely trying them on, and that they retain all their labels and packaging.

If these conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund immediately using the card or payment method used for the purchase.

If we find that these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept your return, we will inform you and return the product with postage due.
